My purpose and mission

As my company name reveals, my purpose is to help bring love and light into the business world.

I profoundly believe that all leadership development work should be rooted in these simple, but essential elements.

I am very much inspired by the work of all the highly skilled leadership development practitioners that I have the pleasure to work with during my career. They help to raise the consciousness of individual leaders, and bring their teams as well as the culture of a whole organization that they are operating in, to a higher level.

I would like to contribute to the positive impact of this important work of leadership development with my own passions, talents, and experience, which lie in the field of project/program management, translating program ideas into tangible materials, and easily connecting the dots due to my knowledge in the leadership development area.

My aim is to always bring a certain magic into program rollouts and deliverables, so you can co-create positive impact at and with your clients.

My work experience

During my extensive career at Aberkyn, part of McKinsey & Company, and as a freelancer, I have gained a broad range of working experience in the field of leadership development. I have been working as a Proposal Specialist, internal Project Manager, Client Support Expert, and as Senior Executive Assistant, covering the following roles:

Supporting the roll out of global internal client development activities incl. designing learning journey for leaders.
Proposal making in the field of leadership development and culture transformation.
Designing and creating training workbooks, co-writing run-sheets/ session plans, and other client delivery materials.
Managing the internal global proposal helpdesk.
Building and maintaining a knowledge and proposal library, as self-serving tools for teams.
Helping to optimize internal working processes and bringing structure.
Managing an intranet-like communication app to keep external community informed and connected, incl. ghost-writing posts and articles.
Coordinating meetings and organizing events in context of the leadership program rollout, and internal community building.
Being the central go to person for multiple internal stakeholders.

This, all in the context of a demanding, global and fast-changing working environment, and serving an international and high-profile client portfolio.

I have always considered the abovementioned role as my dream job, and would like to apply my experience, and the knowledge that I have gained, to help practitioners and organizations in a similar capacity.
