AI tools could be a new addition to the world of leadership development, and I am exploring possibilities in this space.
For example, I can imagine leaders using AI tools to experiment and play (during the fieldwork period in between a leadership development forums), or using the tools as a source of inspiration and self-reflection.
Therefore, I have built a couple of tools with ChatGPT 4.0.

A Personal Operating Model is a framework that helps you to conceptualize and strategize your personal effectiveness and growth.
The operating model I have used as a basis for the tools, revolves around four dimensions that are critical to enhance your leadership capabilities and overall life satisfaction: 1: Connectivity, 2: Experience Flow, 3: Adaptability, and 4: Find Meaning
